Prince Phillipe Character Model

I made a model of a character by Zack Carroll from his new webcomic Deryli and the Magician's Key (concept can be found at ( https://vampbyteart.wixsite.com/portfolio/concept-art?lightbox=dataItem-jz8nf50n2 ).
He was sculpted in ZBrush, and I did retopology in Maya for the face, clothes, hands, legs, and shoes. I used ZRemesher for the hair, neck frill, eyelashes, and eyebrows due to time constraints. I used Substance Painter for the textures, using mostly procedural AO maps and some hand-painting. I then created the Unity shader graph for the rim highlight.

This piece was difficult for me as an artist for many reasons: the concept wasn't meant for 3D, I've never done a full-body character, and I've never done retopology before. That being said, I really enjoyed creating this and I feel that I did a successful job of keeping the same vibe of the character in 3D that he has in 2D. The end result had 110k tris, which I would have liked to reduce if I had the time.
